Stephanie Wells joined the NWV Habitat Board of Directors in June of 2022. She works as a realtor in Woodburn and is currently the Team Lead for Living Local Northwest brokered by eXP Realty.

“Affordable housing is a strong need in Woodburn and our surrounding communities,” Stephanie said.  “I believe as a board member I can help facilitate growth for our area and serve those in need.”

“The lack of affordable housing is an issue in the area and NWV Habitat works to address this issue in a responsible and proactive way.”

Stephanie has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Portland State University.

She lives in Woodburn with her husband, Dylan, and their three boys.

In addition to Habitat, she currently serves on the Woodburn Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, as the Secretary for North Willamette Valley Association of Realtors and is actively involved with “Love, Santa” – helping gather, wrap and deliver gifts.
