Eligibility Check List
- The residence must be in the NWV Habitat service area of Aurora, Canby, Gervais, Hubbard, Molalla, Mt. Angel, Oregon City, Scotts Mills, Silverton, Woodburn, or Wilsonville
- Applicants must own and reside in the home needing the repair
- A member of the household must have a need that makes the requested repairs necessary
- The home must be current on homeowner’s insurance, mortgage, and property tax payments
- Applicants must fall within the low-medium AMI for their county

- Ramps and Rails is NOT an emergency repair program; there will be a waiting period for work to be done.
- Applications will be reviewed as they are submitted.
- Projects are accepted on a case-by-case basis dependent not only on application criteria, but also scope of work
