Retired Attorney
Mark Rauch received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from OSU and JD from Willamette University College of Law. He recently retired after a career in insurance and law. Most recently he served as General Counsel for City County Insurance Services, a self-insurance pool for Oregon cities, counties, and other public entities. Mark enjoys his bluegrass music hobby, which finds him at many bluegrass festivals during the summer. He previously served on the Board of Habitat for Humanity in Salem from 1996 until moving to Silverton in 1999.
