Our goal is to provide simple, quality, affordable homes to qualified low-income individuals and families.

We are NOT currently accepting applications. We expect to open the application period again in early 2026.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or legal resident

• Must live or work in our service area for at least 1 year

• Currently living in unsafe, overcrowded, and/or unaffordable housing

• Ability to qualify for an affordable mortgage based on income and credit score (minimum 2 years income in same job or field)

• Willingness to partner with us and contribute “sweat equity” hours

• Annual household income does not exceed 80% of the area median income
