Mission: To facilitate in-home safety repairs and modifications that empowers veterans, seniors, and people experiencing disabilities to stay in their homes.

Eligibility Check List:

• The residence must be in the NWV Habitat service area of Aurora, Canby, Gervais, Hubbard, Molalla, Mt. Angel, Scotts Mills, Silverton, and Woodburn.  

• Applicants must own and reside in the home needing the repair.

• A member of the household must have a need that makes the requested repairs necessary.

• The home must be current on homeowner’s insurance, mortgage, and property tax payments.

• Applicants must fall within the low-medium AMI for their county.
