NWV Habitat reacts to Nepal earthquake

Reverberations of the 7.8-magnitude earthquake that struck Nepal on Saturday are being felt throughout the world. More than 4,000 people have been confirmed dead as a result of the quake and the number continues to rise.

Woodburn ReStore showroom opens

North Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity’s newest ReStore, located at the former Withers Lumber building, will open its retail showroom to the public starting this week.

Connie Farrier, ReStore director for NWV Habitat, described the soft opening as a “preview.”

Mt. Angel ReStore preps for move to Woodburn this spring

The former Woodburn location of Withers Lumber is about to be “ReStored.”

Officials for the North Willamette Valley Habitat for Humanity confirmed last week that they had finalized a three-year lease with Withers for the use of the property.
